Would you be able to tell us if Janine&Jean-Pierre Levie are from Belgium and worked in Aleppo, Syria? We were friends at that time and have been trying to locate them and their 3 daughters. They left in 1980 to sail around the world. M&D Nygaard

Hello, I am a travelling photographer and located "isatis" in the harbour of False Creek in Vancouver today.
About 20 years ago, I took a sailing trip with a crew from "Jeunes en Mer" and we used to sail from England to St Malo with a very similar ship so I wonder if this is not the same ship ! This would be pretty amazing. Merci de faire passer a Jeanine & Jean-Pierre, thank you.
here is the photo from Isatis in Vancouver:

I suggest you find a yacht to call them on VHF channel 16 then shift to a working channel and ask. Good luck!

Do you know their email or social media page, it would be easier for me to reach them by internet, thank you.

I'm sorry I do not - they didn't participate during their NWP.

Tibir, have you contacted them yet? They are moored beside us in San Diego.
