THIRD OF THE COMBINED WIND WAVE AND SWELL HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR ARCTIC COAST...
A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE ARCTIC OCEAN WITH A 1017 MB
CENTER NORTHWEST OF WRANGELL ISLAND WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY
THROUGH FRIDAY AND THEN DRIFT WEST. A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE
EXTENDING KIVALINA TO A LOW PRESSURE CENTER NEAR CAPE ROMANZOF
WILL DRIFT NORTHWEST TODAY. A WEAK 1004 MB LOW WILL FORM NEAR CAPE
LISBURNE THURSDAY NIGHT AND MOVE NORTH AND DISSIPATE EAST OF
WRANGEL ISLAND BY SATURDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE
CHUKCHI SEA FRIDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.
